We're excited to invite you to join us for the inaugural Upside Holiday Market happening on December 21st at Sid Cutter Pavilion in Albuquerque, NM!
Join us and over 60+ vendors from all over New Mexico, Food Trucks, a coffee shop and even a s'mores truck will be there to satisfy your sweet tooth!
This is a family-friendly event and market with plenty of entertainment for all ages. Featuring:
  • Trolley Rides with Santa and ABQ Trolley Company
  • Fireside Storytime with Mrs. Claus
  • Caroling from surprise guests
  • Plus SO MUCH MORE to be announced

Join us on December 21st for our first annual, Upside Holiday Market!  This event is family fun for all!  Shopping, Special Guests, Entertainment, Food all in the name of celebrating New Mexico!

We have two ticket EARLY BIRD options available for this event that runs from 10-3pm at Sid Cutter Pavilion

$5.00 - General Admission

$15.00 - General Admission + Limited Edition Tote Included

*Kids 12 and under are FREE for this event. A ticket is required for anyone 13+ to attend this event. We ask that you claim a free ticket for kids so we can get an accurate idea of expected attendance!

DAY OF TICKETS: $5 cash, or $7 card for General Admission 

All ticket options include:

Access to the market + all experiences listed below:

  • Trolley Rides with Santa (first come, first serve)
  • Fireside Story Time with Mrs. Claus
  • Singing entertainment throughout the event

Other highlights to this must see magical event are:

  • 2 Food Trucks + A S'Mores Truck
  • Coffee + Sweets
  • Over 60 Vendors of arts, locally made items, creative gifts and must have items
  • A view of the Sandia Mountains while enjoying the warm fire and fresh air

EVENT DETAILS:

Location: Sid Cutter Pavillion at Balloon Fiesta Park (4900 Balloon Fiesta Pkwy right by the field)

DATE: Saturday December 21st, 2024

TIME: 10am-3pm

ADMISSION: $5-15 and kids 12+ under are FREE

DAY OF TICKET SALES are available at the door for $5 cash or $7 with a credit card. You must have a ticket in order to ride the trolley and enjoy the experiences.

We will offer FREE admission after 2pm the day of the event.

DO I NEED A TICKET PRINT OUT OR BARCODE? -No, we just need the name of the ticket purchaser

IS PARKING FREE? -YES! Parking is 100% free and we have plenty of space

ARE THERE RESTROOMS AVAILABLE? -YES! We have actual restrooms!

WHAT IF I BOUGHT TICKETS FOR FRIENDS AND WE ARRIVE SEPARATELY? -We will check in your total number and then the remaining under your name when they arrive

IS THE MARKET OUTSIDE? -The shopping is inside and the experiences and food trucks are outside as well as firepits to keep you cozy

CAN I GET MY TICKETS AT THE DOOR DAY OF? -YES! However, we will only accept cash ($5) or card ($7). Online ticket sales end Friday12/20 at 11:59pm MST.

Overflow Parking

In the event of both lots being full, we have an overflow lot.

Please proceed to Sid Cutter and we will let you know if we have to use the backup lot. It is about a 3 minute walk to Sid Cutter from this parking area.

Our Goal For This Market

In bringing Upside Holiday Market to the Duke City we wanted to focus on highlighting New Mexico's talented creatives, entrepreneurs and small business owners in a space that feels supportive, and focused on visibility with growth in mind.

From food to entertainment to making products, every person involved was selected to create a day of fun and merriment for moments with your family, friends and loved ones from all over to make memories.

Whether you come to browse, check off all your last minute gifts, explore local cuisine, or our personal favorite, all of the above. We truly feel that we've created something for everyone of all ages at Upside Holiday Market!

About the Location

Sid Cutter Pavilion is a staple at Balloon Fiesta Field and is often a space that is accompanied by tons of tents and not-so-permanent structures when most of us visit this iconic piece of land in Albuquerque. We chose this space due to it's open area, blank space where we can provide a winter wonderland, an are that boast plenty of parking (which is important) all while admiring the Sandias as our backdrop!

We can't wait to see you at SCP on 12/21!
